The Threshold

A PRIVATE WILDERNESS COACHING EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE AT THE EDGE OF WHAT’S NEXT.

Threshold is a multi-day private coaching immersion in the wild.

One person at a time.

Three preparation sessions, the immersion, three integration sessions.

Designed for leaders whose next chapter asks more of them than their current nervous system has been trained to hold.

The Premise

You’ll be challenged physically and emotionally. You’ll move through real terrain - mountains, deserts, cliffs, that mirror the internal landscapes you’ve avoided or outgrown.

You’ll be coached in real-time as you navigate both.

The format

3 preparatory sessions is where baseline regulation gets assessed and intention gets set.
During the trip we create expansion on physical and emotional level.
Integration is where the nervous system learning consolidates and gets applied in the daily life.

Who It’s For

Leaders in transition between chapters

Founders and operators whose outer scale has outpaced their inner bandwidth

People with baseline regulation who are ready to train for more

Those who learn best under real conditions, not in a conference room

Not a fit

If you’re in acute burnout, have uncontrolled health conditions, or are looking for a retreat rather than training.

What it’s like

Immersions run 3-5 days in locations such as the Eastern Sierra, Alpes, or Mexican volcanoes.
Days combine guided movement in technical but accessible terrain with real-time coaching and recovery practices.

Marta Czajkowska has spent 30 years in the world’s mountains, from El Capitan to remote ranges across six continents. A near-fatal climbing accident redirected her attention from how hard she could climb to what the mountains had actually been training in her. That shift became her work.

She now coaches leaders and founders in transition, using wilderness as the training ground where nervous system capacity, pressure tolerance, and clear decision-making are built under real conditions rather than theorized in a conference room.

“Shasta and Orizaba were the visible part. The real work was a year of Marta teaching me to recover as seriously as I push. I came home fundamentally changed and aligned with what mattered to me most. My capacity and trust have substantially expanded.”
