confidence, Resilience awareness, purpose, performance, results…
I have always been interested both in my mental/spiritual development and how we can use our minds to push limits and excel. I am interested in both spiritual approaches and the use of science to illuminate what it is to be human and to be on this path we call life.
Over the years I have tried traditional forms of mental therapy but they always felt far too like ‘doctor-patient’. The models/methodologies seemed out of date and didn’t fit… too simplistic, patriarchal, and rigid in their approach.
Finally approaching 50 and recovering from a serious car accident I found my morning’s internal conversations unbearable and realized that my unhappiness, frustrations, and feelings of being ‘mentally blocked’ were damaging my family and threatening the relationships I value the most.
I had met Marta through my ‘adventure tribe’ and one day I read a post she had put up about coaching and her approach… so I reached out. In the first conversation, I felt that it was a good fit and… I was not wrong.
I have done both 1-on-1 and group sessions with Marta over the past 4 years. The progress I have made has been very surprising to me. It’s been noticeable to those closest to me. It significantly improved my relationships with my wife and kids: I no longer live in fear of losing them. I am capable of discussing and sharing issues I would have previously buried.
The best part is that Marta doesn’t just apply the same recipe or formula and try to achieve the same outcome or ‘fix’… she accompanies you and guides you.
I see my evolution as an ongoing journey and Marta has opened up new avenues and helped me explore them. She has given me concrete tools that help me tune up my ride and help massively to keep me on the road and avoid crashing into the ditch…. To be fair: I still crash… however I am rarely badly hurt. I’m quick to recover, and more likely to find a learning and positive outcome.
Is Marta and her approach/techniques the right help for you? Who knows! What I do know is that she is a real person and she will either be able to help you or point you in a direction where you can get the help you need.
Marta is on a mission to effect positive change in this world, and from where I am sitting she appears to be succeeding!

In my past three years of coaching with Marta, I am constantly amazed by her ability to bring new and relevant tools and insights to every one of our sessions together. She truly believes in her client’s ability to change their lives - and I feel so empowered to have her guidance and support to continue expanding my concept of self and what’s possible.
Every time, Marta compassionately helps me re-examine my own limiting beliefs and thought patterns to continually push my stretch zone in personal and professional development. We are able to effortlessly weave together a conversation on work, relationships, and self in a holistic, humorous, fun, creative, and inspiring way.
Marta is an absolutely fantastic coach, able to tune into a client’s mood, and emotions - meet us where we’re at - and help us grow beyond - often through sharing her own relevant stories and vulnerability - so we are co-creating the learning experience together. So much in my life has changed, transformed, and exponentially expanded in the past year and a half - and I am so grateful to have had Marta’s insightful coaching - walking beside me all along the way. I’m so curious about where life will take us next!

Pause. Inhale. Give and receive.
In a few words working with Marta has been like hitting a big 'refresh' button on my ideas, life goals and dreams.
Her approach is systemic and whole. Every aspect of my life was brought to light through casual and thought-provoking conversations, even things I didn't realize needed my attention.
In working with Marta, I describe the 'pause' as a sacred time for me to go within. The 'inhale' as the cleansing gesture I am encouraged to do to slip into a beginner's mind before each session, and the 'give and receive' as a beautiful and constructive working loop between guide and participant. Thank you Marta, I am honored to work with you.

Coaching with Marta launched me into a much brighter more engaged chapter of my life.
Thanks to Marta's wisdom and intuitive sense of where I was coming from, she has helped me to identify a new vision and mindset for handling the challenges that I face deep within. Marta has a gift for mentoring people along the path to becoming their best selves.
Even if you don't think you have anything in need coaching on, I encourage you to step up to the plate and engage in conversation with Marta. You will be surprised and delighted with the new you that emerges on the other side. I was.

I felt a deep connection with Marta from the first moment I met her. I was drawn to her determination and “no BS” attitude which are so important to me, especially when looking for a coach.
Our sessions challenged me in many ways, yet Marta created a lot of space for me to dream, relax, and regenerate. Those were some of my favorite moments in our work together.
While working with Marta I developed awareness around parts of me that weren’t very helpful in my life and relationships. In taking responsibility for them I started developing much more resourceful parts of me and was capable of dealing with challenges very differently.
What surprised me the most was that as a result of our work together, I made coaching my profession and had a lot of success in my first year of coaching!
I highly recommend Marta to anyone who likes determination and no bullshit:)))

I have been on a healing journey for many years, but I have reached a plateau. I knew a few of my issues centered around my people-pleasing habit, my aversion to conflict, and a need to be perfect. These survival mechanisms had been helpful growing up around a lot of addiction but were causing problems in my relationships as an adult. Although I had been working on them for a while I wasn't able to shed some of the guilt, resentment, and frustrations I was still experiencing.
Within the first week, I learned how my self-judgment and my judgment of others were causing me to hold onto these negative feelings. Over the next few weeks, I felt a huge shift in my perception of myself and my circumstances. I think the combination of the guided mindfulness exercises, self-reflection, and accountability was instrumental in this shift. Today I feel like I have a whole new perspective on my life, and I'm motivated to face many challenges I have been avoiding for a while. Thank you, Marta!
