Masters of Badassery offers coaching and nervous-system capacity training. This is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing here diagnoses or treats any condition. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, please seek appropriate professional support. You remain responsible for your own decisions, health, and wellbeing.
The work is real, but it is a partnership, and results depend on many things outside our control. We make no promise of any specific outcome, and any examples or testimonials on this site describe individual experiences, not assurances of what you will experience.
The work is for adults. We assess fit carefully and reserve the right to decline, defer, or end an engagement where it isn't the right match, for your sake and ours. Where this affects payment, our Policies explain how it's handled.
Prices are shown on the relevant pages and are processed securely by Square. Fees, what's included, and refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Policies.
The text, images, method, and materials on this site and within the work are owned by Masters of Badassery and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. The book Masters of Badassery is sold through its retailer under that retailer's terms.
Some of the work takes place in mountain and outdoor environments, which carry inherent risks. Participation requires acknowledging and accepting those risks; specific safety, screening, and liability terms are set out in our Policies and in the agreement you sign before any in-person work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masters of Badassery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Slovenian courts have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
