The pattern, unlearned in company

Reclaim

Eight weeks, women only, live. Beta cohort begins October '26.

You've done the work. You know where the pattern comes from. And still, in the moment, when someone is disappointed, when the room goes quiet, when the tension rises, your body takes over.

You know this if

  • You keep the peace at your own expense.
  • You conceal what you actually need.
  • You manage other people's reactions.
  • You apologize before anyone is even upset.
  • You say yes, and feel the resentment later.
  • You over-explain your boundaries.
  • You shut down when someone is disappointed in you.

Your nervous system still runs the show.

The cost of avoiding tension

Softening yourself to stay comfortable feels kind. It feels mature. It feels like leadership. It costs you more than you think.

Money. You hesitate in the negotiation, undercharge, avoid the direct conversation. You earn less and pay more.

Promotion. You are invaluable, and not promoted.

Authority. You dilute strong positions to stay likable, and get read as supportive instead of decisive.

Energy. You absorb emotional labor that isn't yours, and clean up dynamics you didn't create.

Influence. You over-explain and apologize, weakening your position before anyone challenges it.

Intimacy. You are loved for being easy, not respected for being clear.

Self-trust. Every time you override your own clarity, you teach yourself not to listen to it.

It caps your income, your authority, and how far you rise.

Reclaim exists to change that.

What Reclaim is

You don't need more insight.

This isn't another program about understanding yourself. You need to stay yourself when it matters most: in the meeting, the conversation, the moment your nervous system is already shrinking. Naming lives in the mind. The pattern lives in the body, and it untrains the way it was built, through reps.

So we don't talk about confidence. We train the exact moments where you override yourself, directly and repeatedly, until it stops feeling like bravery and starts feeling like you.

The reps

  • Saying no without the three-paragraph explanation.
  • Staying present when someone is visibly upset.
  • Disagreeing without collapsing.
  • Interrupting the automatic apology.
  • Holding eye contact through discomfort.
  • Repairing a rupture without abandoning yourself.
  • Letting someone be disappointed, and staying clear.
  • Speaking your position without softening it.

How it works

A small room, live, no recordings.

i

Live training

Weekly sessions on Zoom, women only. Direct practice with me on real scenarios from your life. You run the new response in the room, so you can use it outside it. Clear witnessing and feedback, not processing.

ii

Community practice

A messaging space between sessions, where you bring the real moments: the interview you're preparing for, the conversation you've been avoiding, the text you don't know how to send. Not venting. Practice, with support.

InnerVerse

Reclaim teaches the skill; InnerVerse, my coaching app, reinforces it in real time, for the moment you backtrack or the guilt spikes and you need to pause and choose deliberately. Full access for the eight weeks.

Who this is for

Reclaim is built for a specific woman.

You're a fit if

  • You know your worth and still override yourself to avoid tension.
  • You recognize your patterns and want to be free of them.
  • You're tired of the advice and want concrete change.
  • You welcome being challenged.
  • You're ready to show up differently in your relationships.

Not the right fit if

  • You want a space to process trauma.
  • You're looking for reassurance.
  • You want advice.
  • You're unwilling to feel discomfort.

Nothing wrong with that. This just isn't that space.

The doctrine

Capacity leads, pace follows. You will not be pushed here.

You've spent a career being pushed and calling it growth. This is the place where you train at the speed your system can actually integrate, which is how change finally holds. The pattern was built in company. It releases in company.

The beta cohort

First cohort. Intentionally small.

I'm running the first round of Reclaim at beta-cohort pricing. You're not just joining a program, you're shaping how it runs. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spots are limited.

$444 for the beta cohort. $1,750 after.

Eight weeks, beginning October. Up to ten women. Included: eight live training sessions, the community practice space, and full InnerVerse access throughout. Time commitment, six to eight hours a month.

Who runs the room

I spent the first part of my life becoming an expert at disappearing: agreeing so no one was disappointed, making myself smaller so the room felt safer, shrinking the way high-functioning women do, invisibly and at great cost. What brought me back wasn't more insight. It was training the body to stay.
