Eight weeks, women only, live. Next cohort: September 2026.
You've done the work. Therapy, books, retreats, maybe a decade of self-awareness. You can name your pattern in clinical detail and you are still running it.
That's because naming lives in the mind and the pattern lives in the body. Insight was never going to be enough. The override is a trained physical reflex, and it untrains the same way it was built: through reps.
Reclaim is eight weeks of nervous system training for women who are done performing.
A small room, live, no recordings. Women only. The pattern was built in rooms you had to perform in, and it releases in a room where you don't.
Each week we run the cycle that changes a nervous system: load, activation, regulation, integration. You practice under real conditions between sessions, in the boardroom, the kitchen, the conversation you've been avoiding. The reps are small, precise, and cumulative. By week eight the work is not something you know. It's something your body does.
You can tell fear from information again. You catch the override before it runs, in the meeting, mid-sentence. You say no without rehearsing it in the shower first. You stop leaving your body to get through your calendar. The exhaustion that rest doesn't touch begins to resolve, because it was never about rest. It was about the cost of constant performance, and the performance is what we retire.
Women leading at the top of their fields, usually 40 to 55, usually at a threshold. Eight to ten of you, no more. The room is small because the work is real.
Capacity leads, pace follows. You will not be pushed here.
You've spent a career being pushed and calling it growth. This is the place where you train at the speed your system can actually integrate, which is how change finally holds.
Reclaim begins with the Signal Map. From $5,000. The next cohort begins September 2026, and the founding cohort carries founding terms: a smaller room, direct access to me, and a price that honors going first.
