Masters of Badassery ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. We keep it deliberately simple, because we collect very little. Wherever you live, we extend the same rights to everyone.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Marta Czajkowska s.p., based in Slovenia. For anything about your data, write to hello@mastersofbadassery.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you submit an application or contact form, your email program sends us your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. We receive this as an ordinary email.
• Payment details. Payments for the Signal Map and other work are processed by Square. We never see or store your card details; Square handles them under its own privacy and security terms.
• Basic server logs. Like most websites, our host may record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you share only to respond to you, to assess whether the work is a fit, and to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Our legal basis

Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR) applies, we rely on: your consent when you write to us; performance of a contract to deliver work you've booked; legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the practice; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make our work possible, for example, our email provider and Square for payments, and only to the extent needed. These providers process data under their own terms.

Where your data is processed

Some of these providers (including Square and email services) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EU/UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and client records for as long as needed to do the work and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of, correct, delete, or restrict the information we hold about you; to receive it in a portable form; to object to a particular use; or to stop contacting you, at any time, and free of charge. Write to hello@mastersofbadassery.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK and think we've got it wrong, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

This work is for adults. The site and services are not directed to anyone under 18.
